Annual membership terms

Your annual access

Membership requires an application, team approval and acceptance of your private annual quote. The yearly USD amount is set by the Velocity Creative team and shown in your account and Stripe checkout before you pay. Membership renews automatically at the accepted annual price until canceled. Guide and group chat access open only after payment is verified. Approval alone does not grant paid access.

Individual event tickets, reservations and admission are separate. A guide listing or RSVP link does not guarantee admission.

No refunds

Annual membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or canceling during a paid membership period. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Cancel future renewal

You can cancel the next renewal through Paid guide → Manage billing after signing in. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next annual charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid annual period; access continues through that period.
